Stayed here during Easter with my family. the hotel was clean and stylishly designed, giving a lovely atmosphere. One thing that stood out to me was how friendly the staff were, always ready to help without making you feel like a nuisance. the location was convenient with easy access to the town which had plenty to offer for entertainment and dining. Not to mention, the views of the surroundings were breathtaking.

the walk up the hill to the hotel was quite challenging, especially with young children or elderly family members.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was super clean and modern and I enjoyed the view of the forest from my window. The food was incredible, especially the breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly, made sure I had everything I needed and even helped me with directions to the nearby Christmas market.

I was disappointed that there was no Christmas decoration at the hotel, as I was expecting a holiday-oriented atmosphere. the location was a bit far from the city center, which made it a little difficult for me to get around.
